About me
Personal note
My counselling journey began when I was at a very low time in my life and, with the support I received in my own counselling, I was able to overcome my issues and grow as a person both personally and professionally. This exploration of myself led me to pursue a career in counselling.
Qualifications and experience
I am a qualified counsellor and hold an Advanced Diploma Qualification from The Albany Centre in St Albans. I am a registered member of the BACP and abide by the BACP's Ethical Framework for Good Practice.
My specialisms are: Bereavement & Loss and Infertility.
I have previously worked on two helplines, one dealing in domestic abuse. In addition to the private practices I run in Bushey and Watford, I have worked as a bereavement counsellor for a charity in North West London, and was the centre co-ordinator for a marriage counselling service in London.
